1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Technotribes Jobs, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Technotribes Jobs.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of everything you post (profile, resumes, jobs, applications). By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it on the service. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.
5. Prohibited use
No discrimination, spam, misrepresentation, scraping at scale, reverse engineering, or activity that interferes with other users. Recruiters must post real openings at real companies.
6. Applications and hiring
Technotribes Jobs is a platform. We don't employ anyone and we aren't a party to any contract between applicants and employers. Hiring outcomes are between you and the other party.
7. Termination
We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. You can delete your own account at any time from settings.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, hiring outcomes, or that any particular role will be filled.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
